Thank you for participating in the Autumn Cove Home Owner's Association (HOA) Vote. This year the HOA is asking the neighborhood to approve a one-time special assessment fee of $950, payable between January 1 and January 31, 2025. All funds will be dedicated to restoring the neighborhood pool. This assessment is an addition to the annual dues, also payable between January 1 and January 31, 2025.
Please complete the form below and submit your vote. Each household is entitled to 1 vote. The voting results will be published on the Heritage Property website and an additional email will be sent to the neighborhood detailing the results.
Note that the website you are on now is owned and operated by your neighbor (and HOA president) Bryan Garmon. All data submitted is kept private, and will not be sold, or used for any purpose other than tallying the votes submitted. Once the voting period is over all data submitted will be erased.
